RETURNS

We offer a 30-day right of return for products purchased from our online store. The return period starts from the day you receive your order. You do not need to provide a reason for the return. For returns made from outside Finland, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returned products must be faultless, unused, and in their original, undamaged retail packaging. All product and price tags must be attached. The right of return does not apply to made-to-order or custom-made products.

Please pack the return carefully. Note that the product’s original packaging cannot be used as a shipping package on its own; it must be placed inside a separate shipping box or bag suitable for postal delivery.

Send the return to us using a shipping method of your choice. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs. You can find our return address in your order confirmation.

How are returned products refunded?

We will refund the full price of the returned products within 14 business days from the date the returned items arrive back to us and have been inspected and approved as faultless.

Refunds are primarily issued using the same payment method that was used when placing the order.

Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card. Payments made by advance invoice will be refunded to a bank account (please remember to provide your bank account number with the return). For returns paid via Klarna invoice or instalment plan, we will notify Klarna of the return, and they will apply the refund to your next invoice or issue a credit invoice. After making a return, you may also contact the invoicing provider directly (e.g. Klarna) to ensure the return is registered before the invoice due date. Purchases paid with a gift card will not be refunded in cash, but as a new gift card. If a gift card was used as a payment method for the order, the portion paid with the gift card will be refunded to the gift card first, before other payment methods.

How long does a return usually take?

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and processed.

How do I know that my returned products have arrived?

You can track your return shipment with Posti or Matkahuolto by keeping the receipt from your return shipment. The receipt contains a tracking number. We will also notify you by email once your return has been processed.

Can I exchange a product for another one?

We do not offer product exchanges. You may return the products in accordance with our return instructions for a refund and place a new order for the items you wish. You do not need to wait for the return to arrive before placing a new order.

Defective product?

Occasionally, a product may have a defect or manufacturing fault. If this happens, you are of course entitled to file a claim. Please do not return the product without contacting us first. Instead, contact us by email as soon as the defect is discovered. If possible, please include photos of the defect in your email. Our up-to-date contact details can be found at the bottom of our online store’s homepage. We process claims within 14 days.
